Estimated delivery times by city
After dispatch is the time your parcel spends with the courier. From order adds the 1–2 working days we take to make and pack it. Both count working days, so weekends and public holidays fall outside them.
These are estimates based on how well our couriers serve each destination, not guarantees — weather, holidays and courier backlogs all shift them. If a delivery date matters, message us on Instagram before you order and we'll confirm what's realistic.
Peshawar is the one exception below. Those orders are fulfilled by our maker in the city rather than travelling from Karachi, so they can reach you the same day.

Delivery questions
- Do you deliver to my city?
- We deliver anywhere in Pakistan. The cities listed on this page are the ones we publish an estimated delivery window for. If yours isn't listed we still ship there — message us on Instagram and we'll confirm the timing before you order.
- How much does delivery cost?
- A flat Rs 200, anywhere in Pakistan, regardless of order size or destination. There is no separate charge for remote areas.
- Is cash on delivery available across Pakistan?
- Yes, cash on delivery is available nationwide. We phone to confirm every COD order before dispatch. Couriers rarely carry change, so please keep the exact amount ready.
- How long does delivery take?
- We dispatch within 1–2 working days of confirming your order. After dispatch, transit is typically 1–2 working days inside Karachi, 2–3 working days to major cities such as Lahore, Islamabad and Faisalabad, and 3–6 working days elsewhere. Peshawar is the exception — it is fulfilled locally and can arrive the same day.
- Do you offer same-day delivery in Peshawar?
- Yes. Peshawar orders are fulfilled by our maker in the city rather than dispatched from the Karachi studio, so same-day delivery is available there. Order early in the day and message us to confirm, since same-day depends on the piece being ready.
- Which couriers do you use?
- TCS, Leopards Courier, M&P and Daraz Express, depending on the destination. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- Can I have a custom piece delivered to my city?
- Yes. Custom orders ship on the same nationwide terms and the same flat rate. Making time depends on the design, and we confirm it with you when we quote.
- Do you ship outside Pakistan?
- Not at this time. We deliver within Pakistan only.
