Shipping

We ship within Pakistan only at this time. Every order is packed by hand at our Karachi studio and dispatched via trusted local couriers.

Timing

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery anywhere in Pakistan takes a further 3–5 business days depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Cost

A flat shipping fee of Rs 250 is applied at checkout, regardless of order size or destination within Pakistan.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you the tracking number and a link to follow the parcel on the courier's site.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available nationwide. Our team will phone you to confirm the order before dispatch. Please keep the exact cash amount ready for the courier — most do not carry change.

Bank Transfer (IBFT)

Once you place a Bank Transfer order we'll email you our account details. Please reply with a screenshot of the transfer receipt referencing your order number; dispatch happens within one working day of payment confirmation.
