Returns & exchanges
We make in tiny batches — every piece matters. We'd rather you keep only what you love, so we accept returns and exchanges on most pieces.
The basics
- You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with the original tags attached.
- Sale items and accessories (scarves) are final sale and not eligible for return.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@luxebyzee.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply with instructions within one working day.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5 working days via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery, refunds are issued via bank transfer to an account you nominate. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or colour and we have it in stock, we'll ship the replacement at no additional shipping charge. If your preferred variant isn't available we'll process a refund instead.
Faulty or incorrect items
If we've sent something that's faulty or not what you ordered, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and we'll cover all costs to make it right.
