We only collect the information we need to deliver your order and stay in touch when you ask us to. We don't sell or share customer data with anyone outside of fulfilling your purchase.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, phone number, and delivery address — used only to fulfil the order.
• Payment evidence: for Bank Transfer orders, the screenshot you share to confirm payment.
• Technical logs: basic server logs for security and troubleshooting (IP address, browser type). Retained for 30 days.

Who sees it

Order data is sent to our internal team at Luxe by Zee. We use Resend to deliver order confirmation emails. The site is hosted on Vercel. That's it — no third-party marketing, ad-network, or analytics trackers.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as we need to honour returns and meet our local tax obligations. Email correspondence is kept for as long as we expect to need it for support.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold about you, correct anything that's wrong, or delete your records (where we're not required by law to keep them). Email hello@luxebyzee.com and we'll respond within seven days.
